NI-visa Labview

I am installing NI-visa package and the message "No operation to be performed" appears. I don't understand it. How can it be fixed?

Then you probably have NI-VISA installed already. Have you checked? How are you installing the package? Through NIPM? Or is it an installer? Where did the file come from? What is the package name?

NI-VISA is also packaged in with NI-488.2 and NI-Serial.  If you got the LabVIEW install with drivers, NI-VISA would be in there as well.  So I would not be surprised one bit if you already had it installed.

Now I am using the trial version of labview and I have tried to install the NI-Visa 19.5
