NI9145 controling by external master controller

Hi everyone,

I’m using an NI-9145 EtherCAT chassis with an NI-9264 analog output module, controlled from TwinCAT on my PC.

When I set the output to 5.0 V, I measure about 5.2 V.
If I put the same NI-9264 in a cRIO-9068 (Scan Mode), 5.0 V measures correctly. Is there a simple way to enable calibration/scaling on the NI-9145/TwinCAT setup? Thank you.

Hello everyone,

I am controling NI9145 by TwinCat application from my host pc. I am trying to set some analog output voltage with NI9264 but it seems there are some offset on the channels when i try to set 5V i observe 5.2V at the output. I tried same IO module from cRIO9068 using scan mode and it correctly sets the 5V without any error. I think there are some calibration from labview when i deploy a vi in the chassis. Are there any way to fix this issue? Thank you
