Hi Chris,
Hopefully, we can avoid re-installing LabVIEW. It sounds like something is wrong with your DAQ driver. I'm not sure if you're using DAQmx or Traditional NI-DAQ (Legacy), but I want you to start troubleshooting this by repairing the driver. You can do this by going to control panel >> add/remove programs >> National Instruments Software >> Click "change" >> select the DAQ driver and click "repair." Please try this and let me know if everything begins to work properly again.
