Guys Please,
Good evening everyone and Hope y'all have a Nice 2017. But guys, please, someone help me with this. Today I was studying labView, and at the final of my day I got real problems with my physical AI's at my Rio. The thing is, My Rio is not reading Analog inputs anymore. I created digital indicators for all my AI, and I came acroos with smth. All my IO's was receiving 0,25 V at the graphs. Expect for my AI1, that was showing 0.75 V. I tried some simple Test like the potentiometer and even the Photoeletric test. None of them I got succes. I couldn't get 0-5 V not even with the potenciometer.
I don't Know what to do. And I might have to wait tll the next year to talk with NI services.
But really, I'm starting with Lab View, But this was weird...
At the Begging of the day, I started with Ni Vision, I'm pretty sure this is 2 different things.I didn't even had myRio Connectd; After that, I did 2 programs with FPGA. I compiled them, as far as good..Maybe is Something With Compiling FPGA's???
PS: Really, I'm not entering that fast with FPGA cause I know I gotta know a little more about LabView to start with that.
So, ok!! After I entered NI Max to try the WiFi communication with my MyRio. Till there, everything was ok. I was having a Wonderful day. But I got myself with that Idea that It had been a while I didn't do the experiences from the guide book, so I started doing some of them. But as soon as I started I got this problem.
Maybe was some configuration I changed at Ni Max, dunno about that but could please someone help me with that???Maybe is with compiling Codes? I can give more details, but briefly, was this.
Hope someone help me with that.
I just bought my Myrio 4 months ago. If I really have a problem, can I send it again to fabric?
Thank U all.
Cordial Regards

Hello fideias,
Sounds like a problem of software configuration, rather than a physical damage to the device. Perhaps some simple tests might give you some insight about what's happening:
Don't hesitate to check out the myRIO FAQ and let us know if this steps work for you.
Warm regards.

Oscar,
Good Night. Man, first of all I appreciatte you return to me. Means a lot see that there's people willing to help.
But yeah man. I've checked the getting started interface and everything is ok.
I even made the acellerometer and the button test to see if it's working.
Everything is ok. I gotta check the digital inputs, but any of My AI's is reading.
I'm gonna attach you some files for u to see my tests. At this pic u can see real measurement and Virtual one.
As I told. I'm not reading this 2V

Hello fideias,
Can you try with a very simple VI to take one sample in the first analog input channel, as this one:
connected in
Then check if the value read in the terminal is the same as the one you have in your multimeter. Try this a couple of times, what values should you read and which are you actually reading?

Oscar,
Good Morning. Didn't work too man.
Is this wave form normal?
Floating like this, does it usually happens with AI's?
And the thing is: The rest of my AI's showing something like 0,28V. But same waveform.
Is that normal? That distortion? I think it's not the code. Maybe I changed smth at NI Max or compiling FPGA?

Hello fideias,
Can you try with the High Throughput personality and check if you have the same behavior? https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/supplemental/15/ni-high-throughput-add-on-for-myrio.html
If it's the same, I would recommen reaching out directly to the National Instruments support guys, they might be able to provide you with a solution to your inconvinience.
Have a great new year!
