Need a Driver for GPIB-USB-B for Labview 2013

I just installed Labview Development Suite 2013 on a Windows 10 computer and I'm lacking a driver for my GPIB-USB-B device.  Is there a driver I can download from this site?  I have GPIB 488.2 commands in my functions pallette, but can't access the hardware.

You need NI-488.2 driver version 17.6 or earlier: See here: https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z000000g0uXSAQ

The download page does only have drivers available from version 17.6 upwards, but that happens to be the one you need.
