I just got a new computer (I went from Windows Vista to Windows 7). When I create the UDL file to connect to my database, I no longer have the option for the provider "Microsoft Office 12.0 Access Database Engine OLE DB provider". I downloaded and installed the engine, but I do not understand the instructions for how to use the download described here: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/confirmation.aspx?id=23734. Can someone describe the additional steps I need to connect my Labview VI's to my database?
I'm not really sure how this is a LabVIEW question, as you seem to be having problems creating the UDL file, so a Microsoft forum would be a more appropriate place to post your question. Have you tried using the Data Sources Administrative applet?
