Oops, looks like it didn't make it into the folder like it should have. you can find it in the parent directory though: ftp://ftp.ni.com/outgoing/ . It's the .exe.

Seems like the driver uploaded works only for LabVIEW 2011 SP1. Do you happen to have a driver for LabVIEW 2011 (i.e. without SP1)?

There was an issue in LV 2011 that prevents the driver for the Digial Electronics FPGA Board and the Xilinx Spartan 3E XUP Starter Kit from working properly. This issue was resolved in 2011sp1.

Thanks BradM for pointing that out. I have LV 2011 and LV 2013 but none of them seem to support the SP3E Driver 😞 - such a tragedy
