Need to Design a Pulse Generator for Driving an Array of LEDs

I need to design a Pulse Generator using Labview that will be used to drive an array of LEDs via DAQ device. This is the same as using 555 timer circuits. But I need to automate the process that will allow me to output 3 or 4 sets of clock pulses simultaneously through different output channels of DAQ device and with variable frequency.

What would the min and max repetition rates be for the various outputs?

The frequency range is from 10 hz to 1khz.

I would say the way to go would be with the counter-timer outputs from a DAQ card. In terms of software, there are examples shipping with LV that can do what you need.
