Need to find In Port and Out Port vis.

Hi all.

I have some software running on old hardware that uses In Port.vi and Out Port.vi and I need to modernise it. I can't run it because it doesn't find these sub vis when loading. Is there anywhere I can find them? I don't have any very old versions on my machine any more. Thanks

They don't exist anymore.  And if they did, I don't think they'd work because modern operating systems won't allow you to have the direct control of a hardware port that those VI's did.

Thanks. I don't need them to work, I just need the vi to run so I can change some of the other sections of code and I can't get it to run if it doesn't load them.

Hi ASH,

create two dummy VIs with the same name and connector pattern!

(In LV2011 and in LV2017 I still find that portaccess.llb in vi.lib\Platform…)

Best regards,
GerdW
