Need to measure rise and fall time of peaks in my current-time data (5 M points). Is there a vi that I can directly use?

As far I know there is no direct method to find the rise and fall time. What kind of waveform you are using?. Is it a kind of trapezoid or triangle, sawtooth? It would be better if you provide these information for finding a logic.

Thanks for your response. I am enclosing a picture of my data below. The Y-axis in the graph corresponds to current in amperes and X-axis represents time in seconds. I have the raw data in .tdms file generated by labview 2009. Regards,Manish
