I am trying to access an older LabVIEW program which needs the LabVIEW runtime 2012.
I currently have a Windows 11 system with LabVIEW 2025. When trying to run this older program it says it requires the 2012 runtime.
I have tried installing the correct runtime system, but it continues to fail, attached are the errors I receive

No errors were attached.
The most common cause of getting that error is that you installed the wrong bitness of the runtime. You may have installed the 64-bit runtime but the application needs the 32-bit version, or the reverse.
Failing that, it's possible that LabVIEW 2012 runtime just doesn't work on Windows 11. Windows 11 compatibility wasn't officially added until LabVIEW 2022. Even Windows 10 compatibility was after 2012 (2015), so it's two OS releases behind.

I remember using windows 10 and labview 2012
looks like you need a virtual machine e.g. virtualbox with an win7 os
however, this can be tricky if hardware (which) is (pretty likely) involved, in terms of sensors, cameras ....
virtualbox supports many hardware interfaces unlike microsoft hyper-v
