Do you have a sample image?
If you have a binary bitmap to start, Use Read BMP File instead of the Picture to Pixmap.
From your earlier statements, I thought you had already loaded the image to a picture control.
The rectangles with "image" in them are the Unbundle by Name and Bundle by Name functions on the Cluster Palette.
The other functions are on the Picture Functions palette in the Graphics and Sound Category.
