New VI library for Kinect 2

As far as I can tell, I have not seen any VI library for the new Kinect. I took the time to develop one and I have posted the info and the library in the NI Developer Community (https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-40832). I would be very interested to get feedback.
