Ni-Max issue when trying to Troubleshooting Remote System Discovery

Hi all,

I am facing some issue when I try to Troubleshoot Remote System Discovery.

Once I select the Type and the model I am using and clic the button "Next"

the error message below appears

does anyone know what is going on?
