Ni Vision Acquisition Library (License Activation Problem)

I am trying to use NI Vision Acquisition Library but it does not give me permission to run my VI and gives me license activation error message. Although I have the license and in the license manager it clearly shows that I have it. Can somebody guide me about it why I am receiving this error message. See attached screen shots for further clarification

Do you get that error with both versions of LabVIEW you have installed or just the one?

If you click Help as it suggests, does it change anything?

I have Labview 2013 version only. I tried from help and try to activate again but receive same error message.

If you expand Modules beneath LabVIEW 2013, what do you see there?

You might end up needing to cal NI when they open on Monday.  They'd probably have a better idea as to what is going on here.  Hopefully it's something that can wait.
