NiViPxikl.sys Error code 0xc0000034

I have issue with a customer reporting the following problem.  He has installed our software which in turn installs LV7.1.1 runtime engine and the NIVISA4.1.

Before he has to login into windows after reboot a message is displayed that Windows cannot load the driver
"NiViPxikl.sys". The error code 0xc0000034 is displayed.

Windows 2000

I'm checking with customer to see whether OS is up to date but let's assume it is.

Has anyone seen this problem before?
