No known value for Shared Variable - can't be written to

I am using LV2019SP1. Some SV's in a library work, many don't. When writing to the variable in LV, no error is produced. When reading the same SV in labview, it gives the warning -1950679034 which is this "no known value".  Writing to the SV in labview produces no change in the value of the variable. Writing to the SV in DSM produces no change in the value of the variable. You can press the set button, but nothing happens.  Not all variables in that same group of SV's behave the same way.  Also, I have this dialog complaining about OPC servers, but I just using shared variables.  At the moment, the shared variable write and read are just on localhost, and the IP address for localhost agrees with the SV URL.  I've looked through a lot of postings, checked all the basics.  How do I make these SV's behave? (please see screen shots for details)

I now get "(Server Failure)" on many and "(No Known Value)" in others. Some of the SV's in that process work fine.

When I run a vi now that writes and then reads these SV's, now I get error -1950679037 with a message saying "The shared variable specifid in the binding URL does not exist in theprocess. Ensure that all shared variables are deployed and the variable identifier URL is correct."

The SV library is definitely deployed.  The URL's of the variables which don't work look very much similar to the URL's of the variables which do work.

Anyone have a solution?

Sanity check - Have you tried starting / re-starting the variable engine service? You can try that in NI-DSM, or through the Windows services. You can also check that the NI-PSP service is running also.

Thanks for the reply.  Yes, I have stopped/restarted the SV engine.  It turned out that un-checking the "Aliasing" property resolves this problem.
