No server connection to download LVruntime8.2

Hi,

There is no server response for the following website.  We are trying to use a third party GUI to do some evaluation of a silicon.  Attached is the link and the message:

ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/labview/windows/runtime/8.2/LabVIEW_8.2_Runtime_Engine.exe

Most likely causes:

• You are not connected to the Internet.
• The website is encountering problems.
• There might be a typing error in the address.

ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/softlib/labview/labview_runtime/8.2/windows/LabVIEW82RuntimeEngine.exe
