No web service on 8.6

I have just installed 8.6 and I cannot get web services to work.  I have tried deploying, after building,  the math demo from NI, but I get an error saying that the web service cannot deploy.  Of course I went to Tools>Options>Web Server>Configuration and put a check in the enable web server box, but in the allow access section, the web services checkbox is greyed out and cannot be checked.   I there something missing from my system?

Which version of LabVIEW are you using?  According to http://www.ni.com/popup/labview/us/default.htm?topic=nc, web service deployment is not available with the Base Development System.

I am using the full developer's suite, but I am upgrading from 8.0 base version, and I am still on the evaluation version.

LabVIEW Web Services in 8.6 will not work in evaluation mode, so you will have to license the install to full or pro for it to work.

Now I can move on to other things while the license paperwork (in other words $$$$$) makes it's way through our system. 

If you don't mind, can you tell me where you found this information?  Maybe if I can show it to my boss, I can hurry the process along.
