Noise reduction in data acquisition

I am working on studying dielectric properties of glassy polymers using a inbuilt dielectric spectrometer. I am using DAQ PCI 6070 E to collect datas using a labview program at the rate of 10^ 5 samples per second. The problem i am encountering is that the data collected has too much of noise. I  like to know if anyone has faced problems similar to one or have any suggestions  for noise reduction or averaging out the noise?
Thanks

Read the section "Field Wiring and Noise Considerations for Analog Signals" on the NI web site. Also consider the absolute accuracy of your card and see of it's appropriate for your measurement, you might want to consider the newer M-series cards which have higher absolute accuracy and can sample at higher rates affording you the ability to average your readings thus further reducing noise.

Hope this helps,

Sam

All good recommendations from Sam.
If you don't want to search, here is the document Sam mentioned:  Field Wiring and Noise Considerations for Analog Signals.
