Side note:
"Run when opened" had limited usefulness for small labs that did not have the application builder, but the finished program was to be used by e.g. lab techs for simple measurements by just clicking on an icon. This way it acted more like an executable for users not familiar with LabVIEW specific features, such as the tool bar.
It never had a business during program development.
Nowadays it can even be dangerous, For example if you get a VI from a random source (e.g. this forum), it could immediately start doing bad things to your computer when clicked while preventing all user interaction.

make sense!
But it says "run enabled when open"
Is it same as "run when opened"?

I think they all mean the same thing because any other interpretation makes little sense.
"Run when opened" enabled?
Enable "run when opened"?
