Pics of FPGA and RT VI is attached. The connections I have done according to page no 13 of the ref pdf attaced. I hope this will make it clear.

Hi
Your FPGA jpg resolution is poor, but can see that you need to modify!
drag module 2 from project explorer into FPGA vi. Delete last 2 connections on module 1. Connect mod 2 to mod 1 via error wire.
Connect first 2 channels to your array.
Recompile.
Reference your voltage signals, do not ground them directly. Measure voltage over the resistor (voltage divider).
Grounding them you expose them to common noise.
Suggets you provide an electrical drawing(sketch) of the actual signal connections. Making assumptions is life threating
oh its your life
I'm assuming you know what your doing.

So here is the schematic(rough). Similar 6 sensors are there.
Nothing official about it
Now I think you can give more inputs , where all I am going wrong!!

Opps
If your voltage range is +/- 10Volts and you have 16 bits then lsb = 305uV.
If max signal level 30mV then you ain't gona see much.
There is no inter channel isolation on 9215
Hall effect devices produce a very low signal level and thus require amplification.
What actual sensor are u using? ( web linl to manufactor ?)

I agree, but my signal level will be max of about 1.5V(+/-). Since the mv resolution(0.3mv) is already provided by 9215, I am not connecting any kind of Amplifiers or any addnl devices. 16 bits is good enough if the signal range is +/- 1.5V,. This is my gut feeling !
As
you told, if I need to maximize the utility factor of ADC, then only I
need to amplify it. For me , here , results come, with the data, I am
happy
So I needed to ask about my schematic. If I connect it in above fashion, is it fine or I need to do something about it?
I also have a NI 9234 with me, but i got feedback from NI its only for accelerometers.... so I am not using it now.

Hi
It seems you don't understand my english
You have no inter channel isolation. Any noise will be seen by all channels, however you can not expect it to be identical.
Thus you measurements are not useful.
I asked you want sensor you were using, but you chose not to response. You were also asked if it was a standard 4 ~20 mA signal.
but no response again.
Hopefully you can manage to solve you non responsive solution.

Hi,
Look, LA55-P(3 nos) and LV-25P(3 nos) are the current and voltage sensors I am using.(Both are hall effect , which I have told you and even I have given a rough schematic!!).
Now I do not know what you mean by 4-20ma stuff. I know that my current output of sensor will be from 0-20ma max. Halleffect gives continuous output. Voltage levels are (0-20)ma *100 V. Hope you get what I say.
I undertsnd that you are suggesting a potential divider connection without involving ground, which I have done.... I hope I have answered to all your queries.

To add to the above thread... make of sensor is LEM!!
