Ocean optics USB Installation error

I'm trying to install an ocean optics spectrometer LabVIEW driver example and- I'm getting the following error at the point of installing the USB VISA -INI file (Windows 10).

Would anybody know about this and how I could correct it?

You can temporarily disable "driver signature enforcement". Standard disclaimer is that this could potentially open your computer up to harmful stuff, but I've had to do it for unsigned drivers in the past.
