Is there a faster reading Omega unit (analog) that can read faster than 20 points per second? using a 10mv +/- signal?

Shouldn't you be asking the vendor about their product line? If you want to use fast DAQ, than you can review the NI products or contact your local sales engineer. You have a wide range of products with very fast sample rates.
