One way switch basically

A blinking LED once turned on by a switch, should not be turned off after that. It must be always be on even if the user puts the switch off.

If it stays on, it is no longer blinking, right?

If the switch is operated, do you want it to go...

... from blinking to ON?

... from OFF to blinking?

... or something else?

Please clarify.

He's using the Blink property so it goes from off to blinking..

My mistake..not the blink property, he's toggling the LED's in each iteration of his loop.
