Open Excel File Using Write Table To XL

Ok, I managed to modify the 'Write Table to XL.vi' file so I could read data and send it to specific files.  Now is there a way I can modify it so that it opens an excel file I have already created so the necessary data can be printed in those cells?  I'm not really clear on how activex or most of the current programming languages work.  I'm a co-op engineering student that was "lucky' enough to get a project programming with LabView with no training..lol.  Not that I'm complaining :-)...Thanks in advance!!  I attached a copy of the excel file I would like to open if that helps any.

I am not sure about your question because the write table to excel does open excel and write the values into the specified cells. Please elaborate more about what you want to do.

Thanks for the reply is there a way you could save the block diagram to a picture file so that I can view it, I'm using LV 6.1.

Try this and see if it works. I tried to convert it. block diagram was a little wide to post as a picture. if this does not work then I will post a pic.
