I have been seeing this error but I haven't been able to find any documentation on what it actually means. I only get the error in my application intermittently so I don't have an easy way to troubleshoot to see what may be causing it. If someone could point me to some documentation on this particular error I would appreciate it.
That error code isn't even defined. Are you sure this is coming out of the Open VI Reference function? What are the values of the inputs to that function? Or, is it coming from some other VI that is calling the Open VI Reference function?
