OpenG Message Queue (oglib_msgqueue) library version 3.0 released

I'm happy to announce that version 3.0 of the OpenG Message Queue (oglib_msgqueue) library was just released.

The message queue generates a response notifier to reply to messages.

You can download and install this library (as well as all the OpenG libraries) using VI Package Manager.
