OpenG "Application Control" library v2.9 released

Hello Everyone,

There is a new version of the OpenG "Application Control" library (oglib_appcontrol package) available. This package contains VIs related to VI server and controlling LabVIEW.



This release...

1) Changed to BSD licensing (see this announcement),
2) adds 100% unit test coverage during library build, and
3) includes some minor improvements.
