Chck out the examples that ship with LV. There are demonstrations of how to communicate with Excel. The only question is whether Microsoft has chnaged the ActiveX interface to Excel.

Use New Report.vi function

In report type connector select excel (by creating constat to that report type connector)

Then in template connector mention the path of your excel sheet and junst run the program
