Opening Write BMP.vi DLL

I'm trying to convert IMAQ images to BMP images without the need to use the Write BMP.vi, because the process of Writing BMP files to a directory then reading/loading them becomes slow with huge data files. I opened up the Write BMP.vi and found a DLL inside that I'm assuming does this conversion. I don't seem to be able to open it in Visual Studio though? Any particular reason why its hidden?

Unfortunately LabVIEW is not an open source software package. Therefore it is not possible for customers to access DLLs written by National Instruments for LabVIEW.
