That is the Max & Min function in the Comparison palette. In case you haven't come across VI Snippets before, the images I've been posting are actually drag & drop compatible with LabVIEW. Just drag the image onto a block diagram in LabVIEW and it should drop the code right in. I was using LabVIEW 2011, so the snippet will only drag into 2011 or later.
