Overhead Industrial Displays

Does anyone know where i can find large Industrial Displays to show production numbers, uptime/downtime, etc. I have found all the usual LED style, but i want something i can animate and put graphics onto. I am having a tough time finding anything that i can use either labview or a hmi software to program. I need to pull numbers out of a PLC and display them to the production floor. I am almost tempted to use a laptop and a projector. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey Mike,

I'm not sure how large of a display you need, but if you are looking for something you can program from LabVIEW and use to interface with a PLCs, it is probably worth it to take a look at the TPC series that we sell. The largest one is the TPC-2012, with a 12" display, and you can program these with the LabVIEW Touch Panel module. You can use shared variables to communicate with our PACs or tcp/ip or modbus to communicate with other devices.

Of course, if you need a gigantic display and touch-sensitivity is not important in your application, using a cheap laptop and projector might get the job done as well!
