Uninstalling LVRunTimeEng.exe (32 Mb)

Need to uninstall LabVIEW 8.2 LVRunTimeEng.exe (32 Mb) and install LabVIEW_8.2_Runtime_Engine.exe (94 Mb). Can't do it now because the installer sees LVRunTimeEng.exe as a newer version.

Hi SJT,

Please browse to this directory on your hard drive (or similar):
C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\ProductCache\NI LabVIEW Rutime Engine [8.2.1]\lv82rte

And run the .msi file contained within. This should enable you to uninstall the old run-time engine!
