Oxford Precision Digital Indicator

I have purchased an RS232 Dial Test Indicator with an RS232 output. It is 'branded' by Oxford Precision Model IDS.

I cannot find any RS232 command information anywhere (manufacturer is not being much help either).

Has anybody used one of these digital indicators before?

In case no one responds and assuming that the vendor provides some sort of program, you could use a serial port sniffer such as portmon. If that does not work, talk to the vendor and tell them you are returning the instrument because of lack of support. How could any company sell a product and not provide details on it?
