PCI-6024E Traditional DAQ Control

I made the attached VI "Digital IO Testing" using the DAQ assistant.  I want the traditional DAQ equivalent to turn these specific digital output channels to high/low.

How can this be accomplished.  I have no idea what a port/group/line/etc is.  The help menus for traditional daq is confusing me....

To understand what is inside your express assistant VI, right click on it and select to open front panel. You will be able to see the configured block diagram to get hold on your task designed by assistant.
