PCI-CAN installation problem

I have installed PCI-CAN adapter on my PC. Why I cant see it on the MAX?

This is normal. The CAN cards don't appear in MAX.
Particular tools are installed with the CAN driver (NI-CAN Configuration, NI-CAN Diagnostics...) to configure and test the CAN interfaces.

Actually I should make a comment on this. The new drivers (CAN 2.0) just released and are available from www.ni.com/downloads. These drivers will integrate into MAX and enable configuration from there.
