please tell me can i [rpgram CIN using borland C++ ,if not what can i use and how to convert that code into labview subroutine(i.e *.lsb file)

Why do you want to use a CIN? CINs are pretty much phased out, and DLLs are primarily used. Is there a technical reason why you have to use a CIN as opposed to a DLL?
