I am using PXIe-5433 using the frequency list mode to send pulses. To do that I have an array of two frequencies [f 0] so that a pulse at frequency f is sent, following by nothing (zero frequency). I then use the continuous trigger mode so that it pulses indefinitely. It is working well but I'd like to configure the card such that it also sends a trigger out every time it sends a pulse (i.e., every time it loops). I would use this trigger to record data using my oscilloscope card.
Right now, I am using an arbitrary sequence with markers to trigger out, but using frequency list would be much easier for other reasons.
Any hints on this would be greatly appreciated.
