Did you find it?

I tried with the new vi but with this vi the plot coincides with the circle only sometimes. The fitting sphere vi uses the minimum distance algorithm which I was using. So the results should be similar.
Is there any reason the plots differ?
Thanks so much,

I cannot tell because I don't have you hardware or data. If you prefer your fitting, just swap it back in.
How close together are the data points. If they don't cover a reasonable arc section, the fitting will have huge errors. If the data you show in your earlier image is typical, fitting a circle is not a reasonable approach. THere is a nearly equally good solution with a circle twice the size or even mirrored at the data. Even a straight line would fit it well. 😄
Can you make further assumptions? For example if you can assume that the origin is invariant, you could just take the mean of the r and don't shift.
