I'm just about to check the actual VI Package to be sure but I haven't seen anything about licensing/costs involved in commercial use.
My bad: Just checked the license in the Package file and is says the following:
2.1.1- EVALUATION LICENCE FOR FREE SOFTWARE
You may use the Software freely within your organisation to access whether it meets your needs.
