Hi all,
What i exactly need is to play a lengthy wav file. I am able to achieve this. But amidst "Play output.vi" is playing the wav file, i must be able to stop the play in the middle. Is it possible?
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Are you sure the name of the VI is "Play output.vi"? Is this a custom VI that you have built?
If so then you will need to open the block diagram of this VI and check the code.

I hope this helps:

Please stop spamming all these messages with your "example".

thank you very much for the bounding, the objective of the forum is to help only propose a simple example that anyone can understand, if you can review the same issue is with different questions, plus there will always be people who are just starting, Greetings

No, this is absolutely unacceptable behavior. If everybody would post their stuff in 10 different places, the forum would be 10x harder to use because of all the noise.
As has been mentioned, your example is actually pretty bad and it will give poor advice to new users.
Next time you create an example, post it in a new thread and ask for feedback and improvements first.
