Please help me to see why this program can not handle the image?

And why is there no IMAQ Cast Image in Labview2020 only IMAQ Cast Image 2?

And please tell me why IMAQ Cast Image 2 is not possible?

Without any context of your goals or the requirements of the VI, I assumed that the VI will be empty whereas it has something and the pet.png would contain a photo of a pet.
