Preference to CHM file LabVIEW 2022

I want to enable the CHM file help instead of going to the internet on my internet connected PC.  I did not find a preference setting for this.  Can this be enabled without disconnecting my internet cable?

As I understand there is new offline viewer coming but I want to use the CHM for now.

There is an application 'NIHelpPreferences.exe' (maybe here C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\Shared\Offline Help Viewer). 

But the offline documentation is no longer a chm file.

Thanks for the info.  Looks like you must run the Offline Help Viewer "exe" executable manually to avoid the web browser opening to LV Online Help Viewer.
