Is your hardware detected in MAX ?
Did you try to use MAX Front Test Panels ? If it is working fine, then start again you project from scratch... because i don't know. Maybe some LabVIEW guru could help.

Hardware is detected in MAX.
MAX Testpanels are working.
Starting the project from scratch results in the same behaviour.
It seems to be some 'integration error' of the DAQmx drivers to projects.
I also found out, that I can not create a new DAQmx physical channel or task within the project (by right click > New > NI-DAQmx Channel)
When I try so, nothing happens at all. It is like I didn't even click the item.
Thank you, vincent. Maybe someone else can help me.
I really don't want to reinstall all NI drivers and software - it takes too long.

I have, several times, had MAX/DAQmx stop working, often when installing a new version of LabVIEW or installing an update from NI.
What (as far as I remember) always fixed it for me was to do a Repair. Open Control Panel, Programs and Features, find NI Software, find DAQmx, and choose "Repair". Note that you need to have installation media (or the downloaded installation files, usually in C:\NI Downloads) available. Yes, it does take some time (usually less than an hour), but it is much shorter than either a "Reformat the Hard Drive" (i.e. "Start Over") or "Remove all NI Software/Reinstall all NI Products". When you are finished, be sure to reboot and see if you've fixed the problem. If not, you may have to Repair a few other things ...

Sorry to hear that you have the same problem as a six-month-old post. I would be able to "see" your issue from the documentation you have attached (a compressed file of the Folder containing your LabVIEW Project and all of your VIs), but for some reason, my PC fails to open this attachment.
I recommend that you abandon this post, start a new one, describe your problem as carefully as you can, and reattach all of the code that you have been developing so that we can try to help you figure out how to get it to work.
