Problems with MPC design

Dear All,
I am building a  control system which makes use of the model predictive control VI's. Once my system identification model estimated and converted to a state space model, I insert the said model into appropraite MPC VI's.
The problem I face is, I can't visualize via plots any signals including both the control and controlled signals even after tuning.I equally tried inserting this state space model into some labVIEW 2009 MPC examples. So could there be any problem with my model. It is a discrete model; SISO and MISO model. Even when I can see the plots, the output doesn't track the setpoint.


@ Mohammed, Vicky .. any success on your previous MPC work.
