Programmatically changing the IP address of Win XP

I was wondering if anyone has worked with the winapi to programmatically change the IP address of a Windows XP system?

No, but you can use the netsh command.

Doh! I almost had the right keyword sequence in my search. I figured I could use the shell to get there, but I was trying to be elegant and do it through the API
