Question:Does DAQ assistant allows current/resistance reading for LED/OLED?

Hi,i would like to ask if DAQ assistant can read in current for LED/OLED?i tried and succeeded in reading it for a fixed resistor, but for LED/OLED,since DAQ assistant requires us to key in the corresponding resistance,it is impossible since resistance for LED/OLED varies according to the inputted current.

I'm using Keithley® 2400 sourcemeter for inputting current to LED/OLED,which is also connected to the computer via GPIB card for controlling of current.Anyone got idea how to read the current being pumped into LED/OLED via computer to communicate with the sourcemeter?

Hopes someone can help, cause i'm at a loss at what to do,thanks!=D

The 2400 can either source voltage and measure current or source current and measure voltage. You need to instruct it to do one of these and read the result.

There are Labview drivers posted on the Keithley website AND example Labview applications. You should start with these OR you will have to read the manual very carefully to figure out what commands to send.

I recommend using their drivers and examples rather than messing around with DAQ Assistant. This is not simple like a DVM.
