RF interference causes NI4350 to crash

Using NI4350 USB connected to Laptop (XP) to measure skin temperatures in high RF environment. When RF very high, datalogger 'disconnects'.

By "disconnects," I assume you meant that it is listed as disconnected by Windows? Try running it for an extended period isolated from the RF signals to make sure there is not something faulty with the unit. If there isn't try shielding the cable to reduce the noise injected by the signal.

Your assumption is correct. There is no fault in the unit or software over 8 hrs on the bench. The thermistors can't be adequately shielded. There are 12 3m long cables bringing them to a junction box and a shielded cable to the logger
