I am unable to open my labview software. when i click the application file a license tab opens and says no license available/the requested license is not available on this computer. How do i resolve this?

Go to the NI License Manager and check the license status there. Perhaps it failed to activate when you installed LabVIEW. You'll be able to do the activation process within the License Manager.

I found a text document named notice in the license manager. The following is shown

The license manager is a program found in the start menu. Look for "NI license manager".
Show us a screenshot after you run it if you still have questions.
Here's mine. (older version might look different, but they should have a way to select and activate.

What version, what OS?
What license scheme. . (Volume licensing, computer, named user)
